TAG Houston is thrilled to announce the addition of Tiko Reynolds-Hausman, as the new Director of Development.
Tiko is an accomplished executive with local and regional experience in building collaborative partnerships in the community that support the mission. She has a proven track record of demonstrated leadership in coordinating cooperation among local and federal government agencies, local corporations, advocacy groups and chambers of commerce.
Tiko's responsibilities as the TAG Director of Development include:
- Collaborating with the Board of Directors and Executive Director to create a development plan to increase the strategic direction of the organization.
- Develop a comprehensive communication plan to promote the organization to its donors and maximize public awareness of TAG's mission.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders to advance the mission and fundraising goals of the organization.
- Monitor trends in the community or region and adapt strategies as necessary.

Tiko is the President of the Hogg Middle School PTA and is a 2017 League of Women Voters Rising Star. She enjoys and practices Muay Thai and yoga, traveling with her husband Ray and two kids Zoey and Wynton, and having dinner parties with friends.
