Jack Drake

CHAIRMAN

Jack Drake is an advisor to corporate, government, and non-profit clients in business development, marketing, public affairs, and government and community relations.  For 23 years he was president of the Greenspoint District, which provides services and improvements, including parks, trails, transportation improvements, and public safety, to ensure Greenspoint’s growth and prosperity. He is a founder and vice chair of Transportation Advocacy Group—Houston Region (TAG), created to secure more adequate funding for transportation infrastructure. 

Jack holds degrees in business (BBA) and law (Juris Doctor) from the University of Oklahoma, his native state.  He moved to Houston in 1969, after service in the United States Navy.

Jeff P. Collins,

P.E., PMP

VICE CHAIRMAN

Jeff P. Collins, PE, PMP, Executive Vice President of LJA Engineering, Inc. has more than 35 years of engineering planning, design, operations and management experience including transportation, water resources and public works projects.

In addition to TAG Houston, Jeff serves on the boards of LJA Engineering, Inc., ACEC Houston, NW HC MUD #5 and the Cy Fair Educational Foundation.  He is a former board member of the Consulting Engineers Council of Texas, Texas Good Roads & Transportation Association, ASCE Houston and TSPE Greater Houston. He also serves on City of Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner’s transition committee on Public Works.

Andrea French

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

Andrea French joined TAG-Houston Region as Executive Director in January 2013.  In this role, Andrea directs advocacy, outreach, and communication initiatives and advises TAG’s Board of Directors on strategic planning and operations.

Andrea has an extensive background in government and public affairs and in communicating public policy issues to a broad range of stakeholders and coalitions. 

Andrea is a 2004 alumnus of the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Government & Public Policy.

Ravi Yanamandala

SECRETARY/TREASURER

 

Ravi Yanamandala is the President of Geotest Engineering, Inc., a civil engineering consulting and quality control firm in Houston, Texas. Prior to taking the helm at Geotest, he worked in engineering consulting, general contracting and for the state environmental agency for over 15 years.  Ravi obtained a Masters of Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Yanamandala currently serves on the boards of Transportation Advocacy Group (TAG) Houston, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Houston, and Indo American Political Action Committee (IAPAC).  He also served on the Steering Committee of ACEC Houston and American Society of Indian Engineers.

TIKO REYNOLDS-HAUSMAN

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Tiko Reynolds-Hausman is the Director of Development at TAG Houston. Her expertise in business development, project management, community relations, and federal government contract compliance has resulted in the implementation of over 30 programs in partnership with local governments, corporations, business associations, and independent school districts. 

Tiko is the recipient of the Greater Houston Business Procurement Forum Strategic Partnering Award, R. A. Wiltz Minority Business Advocate of the Year, Texas Business Alliance Soaring Height Award, and recognized twice in the Who’s Who in Black Houston publication. She is also a founding member of Higher Heights for America and member of Walker’s Legacy.
